SITUATION:

Jubilee Place is situated off the Pendeen/Trewellard road in a quiet lane which leads up to the heathland beyond. Pendeen has a thriving village community, with a convenient local 'bus route, parish church, convenience stores, post office, public houses, etc., whilst Penzance, the largest town in West Cornwall is approximately seven miles distant and has all the facilities one would expect of a town of such size. Pendeen is surrounded by stunning open countryside with heathland and a spectacularly rugged coastline. This is one of the most unspoiled areas of Cornwall, much of which is designated a World Heritage Site due to its rich mining past and many medieval sites of special interest. There are many sandy beaches within a few miles and other famous attractions include The Minack Clifftop Theatre, the Tate Gallery at St. Ives and St. Michael's Mount.
