DESCRIPTION:

Treverven Cottage is a classic Victorian granite detached cottage which, during the latter half of the twentieth century, was extended and updated. In the 1990s the roof was replaced with slate and the drainage system was re-laid, whilst in 2006 re-wiring, re-plumbing, new oil-fired central heating system and extensive internal renovation was carried out. The house overlooks a south-facing lawned garden which is bounded by a stream and backs onto woodland which provides a high degree of privacy. DIRECTIONS:

From St. Buryan proceed out of the village towards Porthcurno. After approximately one and a quarter miles take the first left turn (signposted "Newlyn" and "Lamorna"). Continue for a further three quarters of a mile into a small wooded valley and Treverven Cottage is on the right hand side.

From Lamorna valley take the winding lane, proceeding westwards towards Penberth. After about two miles Treverven Cottage will be found on the left hand side, 100 yards past Treverven House.
